Vegetables and Fruits: Cabbage, green onions, pineapple, and orange slices

Turn on your Nutrigrill to the highest setting and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you find you need more or less heat.
Grill the sausage bits. Pour over your favourite hot sauce and crushed chillies. Add the shredded cabbage on the grill, and pour small amounts of water or broth in intervals until cooked. Allow the shredded cabbage to cook in the moat. Add in your orange or pineapple slices and green onions.
This quick and simple dish may be served with prawns or shrimp with rice or noodles on the side.
