In a bowl, combine the chicken broth and flour until smooth.
Turn on your Nutrigrill to the highest setting and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you find you need more or less heat.
Melt the butter, and toss the mushrooms, celery, onions, and pepper in the moat until tender. Pour the broth and flour mixture into the moat. Mix in the milk, bring to a boil, and cook until thickened. Add in your cooked turkey meat, peas, salt, and pepper.
Serve with rice.
TIP: When using raw turkey meat in this recipe, slice your turkey meat into small chunks, and allow to cook on the grill top for a minute before tossing it in the moat.
