  3. Cooking Method

    Nutrigrill® combines the healthiest cooking methods such as grilling, stir frying, sautéing, and steaming. These methods use the least amount of oil or fat to cook your food, and on a Nutrigrill® omitting the use of oil will not make your food any less flavourful than those cooked in oil.

    If you grill your meat on a gas barbecue, you permanently lose the flavourful juices, which escape the meat during the cooking process.
